Sweet Potato Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pie crusts
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes until tender; drain water off potatoes and whip potatoes.
Add beaten eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and nutmeg to potatoes.
Mix in margarine and beat well.
Pour into pie crusts. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
