Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked yellow squash
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into casserole dish and top with more cracker crumbs and grated cheese.
Place \"pats\" of butter or margarine on top.
Bake until golden brown.
