Cottage Cheese Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cottage cheese, sieved
    1 c. nut meats, coarsely cut
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced fine
    1 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. sage
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
    Form a loaf and bake in a generously greased bread pan in a 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until top and sides are well-browned.
