Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely crumbled bacon, fried (8 slices)
Preparation

In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, place chopped onions and mushroom stems.
Cover and microwave on High for 4 minutes.
To this mixture, add cream cheese, mixing well; then add crumbs of bread and bacon.
Stir and mix well, then stuff each mushroom cap with mixture.
Place each cap on plate and put into microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, rotating after 2 minutes.
