Tangy Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    1/8 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat butter in skillet.
    Add cabbage, garlic and water; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Cover tightly; steam 10 minutes longer.
    Add carrot, sour cream, sugar, lemon, salt and caraway seed.
    Heat thoroughly before serving.
    Serve with pork roast or sausage.
