Vidalia Onion Casserole 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 crushed saltine crackers
    3 to 4 slices onions
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    In casserole dish, put layer of crackers, onions and 1/2 can of each kind of soup; repeat layers. Top with crackers.
    Mix together the eggs and milk; pour over the top.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
