Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. mashed bananas
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, bananas and vanilla, beating well.
    Combine the dry ingredients, blending well.
    Stir into banana mixture.
    Mix in milk and pecans.
    Spoon batter into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
