Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole water chestnuts
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. ketchup
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut bacon into thirds.
    Wrap bacon around water chestnuts; secure with a toothpick.
    For easy clean-up, bake on an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Mix ketchup, sugar and soy sauce; dip water chestnuts in sauce.
    Bake another 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    You can bake water chestnuts the first time, dip ahead of time and bake the second time just before serving.
