German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red salad potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    diced onions to taste (approximately 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Wash, cook and peel potatoes.
    Cool and then slice into large bowl.
    Add onions to potatoes.
