Beef Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 thin cube steaks
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. prepared brown gravy
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, butter and salt.
    Top each steak with stuffing.
    Roll up as for jelly roll, then fasten with skewer or toothpick.
    Brown in oil.
    Add gravy; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until steaks are tender.
    Serve with rice or noodles. Makes 6 roll-ups.
