Mexican Chicken Chalupas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. milk
    1 pkg. taco seasoning, divided in half
    10 large flour tortillas
    1 small onion, minced (if desired)
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 small can pitted olives
Preparation
    Boil fryer, seasoned with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Boil until chicken falls from bones.
    Debone and shred.
