Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
3 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
nutmeats

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
