Candy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
4 c. chopped Granny Smith type apples
8 oz. whipped cream
3/4 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Combine next 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Chill.
When chilled, add apples. Fold in whipped cream.
Garnish with peanuts.
Refrigerate until served.
