Rhubarb Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
4 c. rhubarb
1/3 c. flour
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Combine egg, milk and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture.
Stir until moist.
Pat dough into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Combine gelatin, 1/3 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons flour.
Add rhubarb and mix well.
Pour onto crust.
