Mom'S Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, plus water to make 3/4 c. liquid
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    1 c. water
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut fish in strips. Place in baking dish.
    Pour 1 teaspoon real lemon on each piece and sprinkle with Greek seasoning and hickory smoke salt.
