Sweet Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grease bottom of muffin tins.
In a mixing bowl, beat egg lightly with a fork.
Measure and stir milk and melted butter. Measure and sift flour.
Measure sugar, baking powder and salt; add all at once to the liquid mixture.
Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
Remember, no extra strokes, to avoid toughness and tunnels.
