Hurry-Up Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    3 to 3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a
    large
    mixing
    bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine biscuit mix and sugar.
    Gradually add to yeast mixture; stir well.
    Turn
    dough
    onto floured surface and knead until smooth (about 10
    minutes).
    Roll into a
    12-inch circle.
    Cut in 12 wedges.
    Roll
    up
    each
    wedge, beginning at wide end.
    Place rolls on
    greased
    sheet,
    point side down. Cover and let rise in warm place 1
    hour.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
