1 1/4 pkg. Oreo cookies
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix pudding and milk.
Add soft cream cheese.
Crush 18 Oreo cookies and line bottom of bowl.
Crush 12 Oreos and add to cheese mix.
Pour mix into bowl.
Crush 18 Oreos and put on top of pudding mixture.
