Mock Crawfish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna in water
    2 or 3 toes garlic, chopped
    4 or 5 green onions
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. liquid crab boil
    paprika for color
Preparation
    Saute in butter the onions (bottom of green onions), bell pepper and garlic.
    Add drained tuna, soup and lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes.
    Add parsley, green onion tops and cayenne. Cook for 5 minutes more.
    Serve hot with crackers.
