Chicken Or Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chicken or turkey, cut up
3 qt. bread crumbs (1 c. of which is cornbread and 1 pkg. cracker crumbs)
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 qt. broth
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pans.
This makes a lot.
