Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
1 jar pimentos
garlic salt to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Boil chicken and take off the bone.
Melt Velveeta; add pimentos, garlic salt and onion.
Place a layer of chicken and a layer of the mixture; keep repeating until all used up.
Crush Tostitos and place on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
