Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 rectangular cartons fresh mushrooms
1 lb. ground pork sausage (I use hot to spice them up)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Clean mushrooms and snap off stems.
Set aside and allow to dry on paper towel.
Brown sausage in microwave, stirring until crumbles and is no longer pink.
Drain grease.
Place cream cheese in mixing bowl and pour sausage over it.
Using hand mixer, mix well.
Generously spoon sausage mixture into mushroom caps.
Place mushrooms on ungreased broiler pan with slats so juice can drain off.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Broil 5 1/2-inches from heat for 3 minutes or until tops are lightly browned. Servings:
36 mushrooms.
