Ingredients

3 c. rolled oats
3 c. distilled water
1 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. soy flour
2 Tbsp. raw honey
1/2 c. almond or pecan pieces
Preparation

Blend all ingredients except almonds or pecans.
Spray hot waffle iron with Pam.
Pour mixture onto iron and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Sprinkle with almonds or pecans or both.
