Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 slices bacon
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 tsp. rice
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Cook rice; cook bacon until crisp and break into crumbs.
    Cook the onion, celery and green pepper in the bacon fat until celery is tender; drain.
    Mix all the ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
