Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add milk and egg. Bake in an 8 x 8-inch, well-greased pan at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Beware as ovens vary.
Keep in an airtight container.
