Belvie'S Dumplin'S - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
4 egg yolks
2 c. flour
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender. Remove from broth and debone.
Mix flour, egg yolks and enough broth from chicken to form stiff dough.
Roll out and cut into strips and drop into boiling broth. Cook 20 minutes.
Stir chicken meat into dumplings and serve.
