Potato Salad For 1,000 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 lb. potatoes, cut into large cubes and cooked
    200 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    30 lb. green onion tops, sliced
    20 lb. celery, diced
    8 bunches parsley, finely chopped
    5 gal. mayonnaise
    30 oz. zesty mustard
    1 gal. pickle relish, well drained
    1 bottle Tabasco sauce
    1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Make sure potatoes are well chilled, then toss with remaining ingredients.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Refrigerate overnight.
