Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans green chilies
6 corn tortillas, cut in strips
1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
8 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. each: salt, cumin, pepper, garlic powder, onion salt and paprika
Preparation

Lay half of chilies on bottom of greased square baking pan. Cover with half of the tortilla strips, half of the cheese and all of the tomatoes.
Repeat layers with remainder of chilies, tortillas and cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour evenly over casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until puffy and set in center.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
