Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 to 3 apples, peeled and sliced
    sugar and cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Grease and flour tube pan. Put 1/3 of batter in.
    Lay in apples.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Put in rest of batter.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Test with cake tester.
    May need to bake longer.
