Cheesy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
1 c. diced carrots
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 bouillon cubes
1 c. diced celery
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
Preparation
-
Simmer vegetables in water, onion and bouillon.
Start with those that need more cooking.
Add other veggies until all are tender.
Add soup, then cheese.
Simmer until cheese melts.
