Horseradish And Beets (Hrin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium-size beets
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. salt
1 c. grated horseradish
1/3 c. sugar

Preparation

Cook beets, cool and grind.
Mix with all other ingredients.
