Eye Of The Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
    4 to 5 lb. eye of round
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Chop onion and green pepper.
    Add ketchup until thick like a paste.
    Spread the paste on top and ends of roast.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, then all day at 150\u00b0.
    This roast is always perfect any time it is served that evening.
