Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz or 8 oz. melted Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    cornflake crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut up cabbage and steam for 12 minutes; drain well.
    Mix cheese with milk and flour; add to cabbage.
