Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch, or line with paper baking cups.
    Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, the baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
    Stir in milk, butter, vanilla and egg just until blended.
    Fold in blueberries (batter will be lumpy).
    Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
    Sprinkle each muffin with 1/4 teaspoon sugar.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
