Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add 1 cup of the croutons.
    Saute mushrooms in small amount of butter.
    Add celery, green peppers and onions; saute until slightly tender.
    Add salt, pepper, soup and mayonnaise.
    Stir and pour on top of croutons.
