Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. diced apples
    1 to 2 c. nuts
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add dry ingredients and
    vanilla.
    Blend well.\tAdd apples and nuts.
    Pour into
    a greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Top with caramel frosting.
