Corn Taco Shells(Tortillas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Quaker Masa Harina Demaiz
1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Combine the Masa Harina and warm water, mixing until dough forms ball.
If dough is dry, add a little water.
Wet hands; shape into approximately 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place 1 ball between 2 sandwich size plastic bags or 2 sheets of plastic wrap in a tortilla/taco press; press to form a 6-inch circle.
Carefully peel off bags.
Place into hot grease-filled pan.
Poke holes in tortillas (3 hits with a fork) as they are frying.
Turn and continue cooking 30 seconds.
Makes six 6-inch tortillas.
