Apple Butter Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 Tbsp. apple juice
1/4 c. margarine, melted
3/4 c. apple butter
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Set aside.\tCombine eggs, apple butter, margarine and apple juice.
Add to flour mixture. Blend well.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
