Cajun Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    2 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large can Randells mixed beans
    4 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. Cajun spice
    2 to 4 Tbsp. parsley
    6 Polish sausages (Thorn apple), cut into 1/4 inch wide pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Brown vegetables in oil; add remaining ingredients.
    Let simmer in crock-pot 2 to 4 hours.
    This is a spicy hot dish.
    But excellent for those who want to brave it.
