French Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Add sugar and salt to the slightly beaten eggs.
    Alternately add the flour and milk and then beat thoroughly with beater.
    Heat medium size frying pan with about a tablespoon of shortening. When very hot, take a tablespoon of batter to thinly coat the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes, then turn over.
    Serve rolled up with blueberries, strawberries, preserves, etc.
