Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 green peppers
1 c. cooked rice
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 medium size can tomato sauce
8 oz. hot pepper cheese or Monterey Jack
dash of hot sauce
pinch of oregano
onion salt or powder
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs and butter for topping
Preparation

Clean peppers and remove stems.
Cut a little off nose so they will stand on end.
Steam for 10 minutes.
