Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken thighs, legs or wings
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 c. vinegar (apple cider recommended)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Saute garlic until brown in medium saucepan.
    Add onion, chicken, vinegar, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
    Cover; cook until tender.
    Sauce will thicken.
    Halfway between cooking, taste mixture.
    Add additional vinegar, soy sauce or oyster sauce as needed to own liking.
