Mexican Stack-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1 soup can water
    1 can condensed chili beef soup
    shredded Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
    1/4 envelope enchilada sauce mix
    1 pkg. frozen tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Spoon off fat.
    Add onion, soups, enchilada sauce mix and water; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Cut tortillas in half and line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with them, then add 1/3 of meat mixture.
    Layer more tortillas and meat mixture, ending with meat on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Add cheese and heat until melted.
