Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, sliced into rings
    1 stick margarine
    salt to taste
    8 to 10 saltine crackers, crushed
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Saute
    onions in margarine in skillet, add salt.
    Layer cracker
    crumbs,
    onions
    and
    cheese in greased 8-inch baking dish.
    Pour evaporated milk over top.
    Sprinkle with remaining cracker
    crumbs.
    Bake
    at\t350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
    Yield: 8 servings.
