Hamburger Scramble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef in frying pan; drain.
Chop onion and bell pepper; add to ground beef, then add mushroom soup, tomato sauce, salt and black pepper.
Cook for about 25 or 30 minutes, until onion and pepper are tender.
Serves about 5.
