Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced (6 c.)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Make white sauce of first 5 ingredients.
    Place half the potatoes in greased 2 quart casserole.
    Cover with half the onions and half the sauce.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover and bake about one hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
