Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Drain potatoes.
    Add butter to potatoes.
    Add onion, both cans of soup and 1 cup of cheese.
    Mix together, adding salt and pepper to taste.
    Transfer mixture to a casserole dish.
    Top casserole with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
