Angel Food Cake(This Cake Would Melt In Your Mouth) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 egg whites, beaten until very stiff with 1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar 6 to 7 times.
    Fold this into beaten egg whites a little at a time, very gently.
    Add vanilla. Pour gently into angel food cake pan.
    Bake in slow oven for 1 hour, making sure everyone stays out of kitchen until cake is done. When done, put over 3 cups upside down to cool.
