Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked rice
    4 c. tomato sauce or juice, heated
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Saute bacon slowly and pour off part of fat.
    Brown chopped onion in hot fat.
    Wash rice and drain, then add it with 1 1/2 cups to tomato sauce or juice and paprika.
    Pour into a lightly greased casserole and bake until rice is tender.
    Gradually add tomato juice as it is absorbed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
