Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a greased and floured deep pie plate.
    In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs and Bisquick.
    Pour over zucchini and cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
